Can I get a refund for shipping if my next-day delivery order is delayed?Updated 9 months ago
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a delay in the delivery of your order that was intended for next-day service. If your package does not arrive by the expected delivery date, we are willing to refund the next-day delivery fee paid.
Please note that next day delivery is delivered the next working day for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Mon - Thurs. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
