How much SPF do I need to use?Updated a year ago

According to NHS guidelines, you should use approximately two finger-lengths of sunscreen (the amount squeezed out along the length of your index and middle finger) to cover your face and neck adequately. This ensures you are applying a sufficient amount to get the level of protection indicated by the SPF number. This guideline applies to all of our SPF moisturisers, when it comes to our SPF 50 drops use three full droppers and apply either in layers or all at once. For best results, wait until your moisturiser has completely absorbed into the skin before using the drops.
