- If you have a tracking link: please take a look at the latest tracking information. If there has been no updates for more than 2 working days, please contact us

- If your tracking link doesn't work: please allow 24 hours from dispatch. If the link is not working ensure that you enter the tracking number provided in your shipping email on our delivery partner's website.

- If you don't have a tracking link: please refer to our dispatch times (orders placed after 12pm (noon) or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day) as a link will only be made available after dispatch, if it exceeded that time frame, look for an email from our team as your order could be on hold. 

- If the tracking shows delivered: please contact us as soon as possible.
