Can I add items, change or cancel my order once I've confirmed it?Updated a year ago
Once an order is confirmed, we are not able to make any changes, such as adding items or modifying delivery details. Our warehouse teams work efficiently to ensure fast delivery times, which unfortunately limits our ability to make changes once an order has been placed. While it is not possible to change the delivery address after an order is placed, there are alternative delivery options available through our delivery partners, such as delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a safe location, or collection from a designated spot. These options may vary depending on the delivery partner. Please be aware that orders outside the EU and US regions are considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This policy is in accordance with our guidelines and does not impact your legal rights.
