If you change your mind about your Rodial purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused, sealed and in the same condition as when it was received
• Returned in its original packaging
• Purchased directly from rodial.com
Please note that returns are not complimentary, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending items back to us. Until your parcel is safely received by our team, it remains the responsibility of the sender. Unfortunately, items lost during transit cannot be considered returned.
