How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or change items.
If you need to update your delivery address or request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team within one hour of placing your order.
While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, our team will always do their best to assist before the order is processed by our warehouse.
As our fulfilment team works quickly, orders are often prepared and dispatched shortly after being placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may unfortunately be unable to cancel or amend it. In this case, you may return the parcel to us once it arrives, provided the items remain unopened and in their original condition.
