My free gift is not added to my basketUpdated a year ago

Free gifts are subject to stock availability, which means they may occasionally be out of stock. If a gift does not automatically appear in your shopping cart even after meeting the requirements for an offer, it may be due to a lack of available stock. 

Please kindly be aware that if your gift is not visible in the basket at the checkout stage of the order, it will not be included with your order. We recommend double-checking to ensure that any offer has been applied before completing your order, as we are unable to amend existing orders. 

Sadly we are not able to arrange alternative gifts. If you have missed out, you may consider checking back later, as we regularly launch new offers and gifts.
